The Revenue Recognition Specialist (m/f/d) is part of a team responsible for providing high quality accounting service in the General Ledger for global internal company clients.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial data to ensure accurate revenue recognition according to Bruker corporate policies
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities
• Examine documentation supporting revenue recognition in terms of compliance with US GAAP and internal guidelines (RRC)
• Monitor and analyse revenue streams to identify trends and variances
• Report monthly to Corporate
• Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations and SOX controls
• Support audits and other business queries
• Perform other duties as required.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance/ ACCA
• Minimum 2 years of General Ledger/ AR work experience involving US GAAP revenue recognition
• Very good English skills (written and oral), other foreign language would be an asset (preferably Italian)
• Advanced computer proficiency with SAP ERP or Microsoft Dynamics Navision and MS Office Suite including Excel expertise
• Demonstrated ability to work on and own initiatives while also collaborating within a team
• Ability to asses situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, then make clear and timely decisions
• Proactiveness with the ability to manage time-dependent critical processes
• Strong understanding of controls required within an accounting organization.
• High standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
