The HRIT Analyst supports the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Bruker’s global HR technology landscape, primarily SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS and related HR applications and integrations.
The role independently manages assigned system areas, incidents, enhancements and project activities within established architecture, security and governance standards.
Working closely with HR Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Business Partners, Payroll, People Analytics, global process owners, IT and external vendors, the HRIT Analyst translates HR requirements into scalable and maintainable technology solutions.
The role also contributes to simplifying HR processes by reducing manual work, duplicate data entry, recurring corrections and unnecessary handoffs.
· Provide functional Tier-2 support for assigned HR systems, investigate incidents and recurring issues, and coordinate resolution with HR, IT and external vendors.
· Configure and maintain approved system elements, including workflows, business rules, permissions, foundation objects, picklists and reference data.
· Manage assigned system enhancements from requirement clarification through configuration, testing, deployment and stabilization.
· Partner with HR functions and process owners to understand operational needs and translate them into standardized technology solutions.
· Identify opportunities to automate activities, improve self-service and eliminate manual corrections, offline tracking, duplicate data entry and avoidable rework.
· Support data imports, mass updates, data-quality controls, access reviews and monitoring of assigned integrations.
· Coordinate testing, release-readiness and operational support for recurring HR processes and system releases.
· Maintain system and process documentation and coordinate assigned project work packages and vendor activities.
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
· Approximately 3–5 years of experience in HR systems, HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors or comparable enterprise applications.
· Practical experience in system support, configuration, testing, data imports and enhancement delivery.
· Good understanding of HR data structures, employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and recommend sustainable solutions.
· Ability to work independently and coordinate activities across HR, IT and external vendors.
· Strong service orientation, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
· Professional fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
· Working knowledge of GDPR and HR data privacy requirements.
Preferred:
· Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and at least one additional module.
· Exposure to iCIMS, SAP Integration Center, CPI, OData APIs or HR/payroll integrations.
· Experience working in a global HR or shared-services environment.
· SAP SuccessFactors or project-delivery certification.
