As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be the primary manufacturing interface for new and existing hardware products. You will work with AFM Manufacturing Engineering to support new product development builds and support ongoing improvements to existing products. You will ensure that products are designed and built to Bruker's high standards of quality and performance. You will evaluate the product designs and create the processes, tools, and procedures. You will collaborate with Design Engineers to determine Bruker's manufacturing and product specifications.
You will be in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary group, responsible for using your creativity and wide range of engineering experience to develop and evaluate solutions to challenging engineering problems. You will design, develop, test, and qualify solutions in a manufacturing environment.
• Create CAD models and drawings in Solidworks and SolidEdge per requirements
• Revise CAD models and drawings in Solidworks and SolidEdge per requirements
• Prepare ECOs for parts, BOMs, routings, and product documentation
• Prepare, release, and revise company procedures per process requirements
• Prepare, release, and revise off the shelf parts data sheets via ECO process
• Prepare, release, and revise assembly work instructions for production
• Develop Manufacturing Processes, Documentation, Tooling, and Test Fixtures
