Bruker India is looking for a Global Network Security Administrator to manage and support network administration activities across our global locations.
 

The Global Network Security Administrator is responsible for the administration, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement of the organization's global network infrastructure and connectivity services. This role ensures the reliability, performance, and security of enterprise networking technologies, including firewalls, WAN, SD-WAN, SASE, VPN, and internet services across global locations. The position serves as a key member of the IT Operations team, providing operational support, incident management, and infrastructure maintenance to support business-critical services worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support global firewall infrastructure, including policy management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and maintain WAN connectivity, SD-WAN services, and global network circuits.
  • Support and administer SASE platforms and secure remote access solutions.
  • Manage VPN infrastructure for employees, partners, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and security events using enterprise monitoring tools.
  • Respond to network and security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with service providers and vendors to resolve connectivity and infrastructure issues.
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Support vulnerability remediation efforts and security compliance initiatives.
  • Participate in infrastructure maintenance activities, upgrades, patching, and change management processes.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and reliable services.
  • Participate in on-call support and incident response activities as required.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and information security teams to ensure security requirements are incorporated into project design and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Experience administering enterprise firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or Check Point.
  • Experience with WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and network security technologies.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting SD-WAN and SASE platforms such as Versa, CATO, Zscaler, Prisma Access, Netskope, or Cisco Umbrella.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking concepts in Azure and AWS.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or experience working within ITIL-based service management environments.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Security+, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSA, or equivalent.
