As a Regional Account Manager, you will drive adoption of a unique portfolio spanning single-cell functional analysis (Beacon), gene expression profiling (nCounter), and next-generation spatial biology platforms (GeoMx, CosMx and CellScape).

• Manage and grow a sales territory in Germany North and Denmark
• Build trusted relationships with scientists, laboratory leaders and key decision-makers in academia, research institutes and biotechnology companies.
• Drive sales of Bruker Spatial Biology solutions, including instruments, consumables and service offerings.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts.
• Manage the full sales process from lead qualification through proposal development, negotiation and contract completion.
• Collaborate with Field Application Scientists, Marketing, Product Management and Technical Support to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records and revenue forecasts.
• Monitor market developments, customer needs and competitive activities to support continued business growth.

Must Have

• Degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related scientific discipline.
• Experience in life sciences, biotechnology or scientific sales, account management or business development.
• Knowledge of genomics, transcriptomics, spatial biology or single-cell research applications.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and complex sales processes.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory (typically 50-70%).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of genomics, transcriptomics, spatial biology or single-cell research applications.
• Experience selling scientific instrumentation, laboratory technologies or capital equipment.
• Existing network within the academic, biotechnology or research community.
