Position summary

As a field application chemist, you are responsible for customer support with Bruker’s mass spectrometry. You are required to deal with customers for problem solving, pre-sales activities and customer training. 

Job responsibilities

• Provide competitive experimental analysis data using MALDI biotyper for business growth
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical and scientific presentation
• Support application training for installed MBT systems
• Coordinate various problems working with service team for customer’s success
• Develop KOL in the market and maintain productive relationship with customers
• Support application and technical training for distributors
• avaliable travel all region in Korea and overseas. 

Job requirements

• At least 3yrs of experience in Molecular Biology or Microbiology or Mass Spectrometry
• Outstanding problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work within a cooperative team environment
• Excellent communication skills in Korean and English

Preferred Experience/Education/Skills

• More than 2years of Clinical service lab or hospital Laboratory Testing Department.
• More than 2 yrs of Molecular Biology or Microbiology or Mass Spectrometry
• MS or Ph.D. (not essential) degree using Microbiology or Molecular Biology in the field of clinical or similar study
