To strengthen our Salesforce team, we are seeking to hire a Contract CRM Developer/Salesforce Specialist based in Yelahanka,Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

The function of the CRM Developer /Salesforce Specialist will be a core member of the Business & Information System Dept and will gain expertise across multiple systems and experience projects of varying scale and complexity. This role will provide positive guidance to the business users and be a curious learner. The successful candidate must be fluent in Salesforce Administration and able to run small to mid-sized projects and help the team implement solutions for our company’s unique needs. This is a hands-on technical role where you will work directly with the entire Salesforce team and work on multiple issues and projects simultaneously. They will be self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver with excellent documentation and communication skills. They will take responsibility for solving complex problems and driving simplicity in our solutions.

 

  • Responsible for developing the CRM system according to the business requirements through programming, work-flows, add-ons or approval processes.
  • Regular meetings with Business & Information System Dept and business representatives to discuss and prioritize change requests and projects
  • Support the Business & Information System Dept with IT-related problems and support IT projects
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify and translate the business needs into detailed product requirements and use cases.
  • Analyses user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations. 

Qualifications

  • A degree in an appropriate IT discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business administration.
  • 3-5 years of previous CRM Developer experience developing detailed business and functional requirements for CRM related projects; developing and delivering end user training and reporting/analytics experience.
  • Experience with key customer related IT systems (ERP, Data Warehouse, CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Feedback, etc.)
  • Demonstrate successful project management experience as a project leader for complex systems implementations with regional teams.

  • Salesforce Associate Certification preferred.
