Responsibilities

This Customer Service Sales is responsible to manage and improve service sales in Japan.

Following the guidance of Japan Service Manager, this include but not limited to:

  • Manage market and customer demand to provide service contract and other service sales.
  • Manage internal database to handle service sales.
  • Analyze status and prospect future status.
  • Lead to negotiate with customer to achieve target.
  • Develop new service sales opportunities for further sales.
  • Cooperate internal sales and dealers.
  • Provide necessary materials to customers.

Qualifications

To be successful for this position, you shall possess:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher
  • Data analysis experience
  • Negotiate expereince in business
  • Business language skillin spoken and written English
  • Marekting knowledge but not mandatory
