We are currently offering a new opportunity for Transformation and Quality Assurance Lead at the Bruker Global Business Services Center located in the very heart of Warsaw, Poland. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the GBS quality assurance framework, policies, standard operating procedures
  • Design and execute QA audit plans across GBS functions ensuring consistent coverage and risk-based prioritisation
  • Lead root cause analysis for quality failures and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Define and monitor key quality metrics and KPIs; prepare regular quality reports for senior management
  • Collaborate with process owners to identify improvement opportunities and support lean/continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and group policies
  • Coach and upskill team leaders and staff on quality standards, tools, and best practices
  • Manage and facilitate internal quality reviews, process walk-throughs, and peer audits
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and quality-related stakeholder queries
  • Own and manage GBS productivity pipeline - identifying, quantifying, and tracking efficiency opportunities across all functions
  • Translate process improvement findings and automation initiatives into tangible, measurable productivity gains (FTE savings, cost reduction, cycle time improvement)
  • Establish and maintain a productivity tracker; report realised vs. targeted savings to senior leadership on a regular cadence
  • Partner with FP&A to validate financial benefits and ensure productivity gains are accurately reflected in budgets and forecasts
  • Challenge functions to set and commit to annual productivity targets; support them in defining credible delivery roadmaps
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to confirm that projected benefits have been fully realised and are sustainable
  • Identify risks to productivity delivery and escalate or mitigate proactively

  • Champion performance culture evolution through measurable objectives and accountability frameworks
  • Spearhead transformational change programs that enhance GBS capabilities and accelerate strategic objective achievement
  • Foster data-driven excellence through transparent performance reporting and evidence-based decision-making methodologies
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years work experience in accounting/ finance quality assurance, process excellence - preferably within a global SSC or GBS environment
  • 3+ years recent GL work experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency and solid SAP working knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience managing productivity or savings pipelines and reporting benefits to leadership
  • Project management experience, including managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of controls frameworks, and compliance standards
  • Experience with quality and improvement tools will be a added value (Six Sigma, Lean, PDCA, FMEA)
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Operates with a high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
