In Australia and New Zealand, we distribute instruments, consumables, reagents as well as providing technical services to Diagnostic/Pathology Laboratories.

A position exists for someone to join the Customer Service/Office Administration team at our Braeside Head Office on a Full time or Part time basis.

Working as part of a team with a friendly can-do attitude, the initial focus will be on Customer Service, then include some Accounts functions. Training will be provided along the way.

This position is based in our Braeside office. 

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Office Administration, your key tasks includes:

  • Process customer orders accurately.
  • Raising of sales invoices.
  • Assisting customers with phone and email enquiries.
  • Investigating inventory discrepancies.
  • Processing customer EFT Receipts & supplier invoices in the ERP system
  • Other customer service, administration and accounts duties as required.

Qualifications

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and the Finance Manager, the successful applicant will have:

  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Sound problem solving and follow up skills.
  • A proactive approach, willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
